business requirements. Each contract provides a different level of
service which includes guaranteed response time, scheduled computer
maintenance and computer virus testing and correction.
We will dispatch
a technician to make routine repairs at your location or pick up your
equipment and have it repaired at our technical laboratory. If needed, a
loaner can be provided until the original equipment is repaired. |
